Yes, you must register to post a hill property.

What can I do from my Hill-Max account?
You can post property, edit property, upgrade plan, view your listing performance, check account login data and reset password.
How to login, if I forget Password?
Click forget password in log in form, enter your used ID and request. You will get new password in your email.
Log on to your Hill-Max account, proceed through reset password option.
You can change your mobile number in the PROFILE Tab at the USER DASHBOARD.
You can change your email id in the PROFILE Tab at the USER DASHBOARD.
Property Posting
After registration and valid profile verification, continue with POST A NEW PROPERTY in USER DASHBOARD or through POST A HILL PROPERTY button in the header.
How to continue posting after logout in between?
Log on to USER DASHBOARD, Go to PROPERTY LIST, Choose EDIT options and continue posting your property from where you left previously.
How to review before publishing a property?
After clicking FINISH at the end of property posting, Choose REVIEW, modify data or plan as you like, FINISH it again and then PUBLISH.
Can I post multiple hill properties?
Yes
How to post additional property?
You can post additional property through POST A NEW PROPERTY in USER DASHBOARD.
Can I edit property details after published?
No, you cannot edit a property once published.
Log on to USER DASHBOARD, Select PROPERTY LIST and use the DELETE option against a specific property.
How long it will take to get published?
In about two working days but depends on Hill-Max verification call attended by the user, state & national holidays, etc

Can I post a property for sale at Free of cost?
Yes. Choose the FREE LISTING PLAN, it is absolutely free.
What are the Paid Ad plans and its advantage?
There are sale based plans and lead based plans in different budget to suit you. Find more details in Subscription page of www.hill-max.com
Hill-Max will assist the user through the complete sale process from Ad till registration to sell their property hassle free instead of just pass on the buy leads alone.
Hill-Max will pass on the buy leads to seller and seller details to the buyer. They have to deal among them.
Why it is two stages fee in sale-based plan?
Negligible listing fee is collected upfront just as a token of user acceptance to the specified marketing fee and to start the job. Actual marketing fee is collected upon sale with a vision to support sellers.
Can I withdraw a Paid plan and ask refund?

How to upgrade Ad Plan after posting?
Log on to USER DASHBOARD, Go to PROPERTY LIST, Choose EDIT option of against a specific property and upgrade Ad plan.

Click SET PROPERTY ALERT in the listing page and fill up your property requirement. You will get the notification when a matching property is listed on www.hill-max.com. In addition, Hill-Max also source it independently and notify you.
Click PROPERTY ALERT button in the right side of property listing page. Fill your hill property requirement and submit.
How to schedule hill realty advisory?
Go to Hill Realty page, Click INTERESTED IN HILL REALTY ADVISORY call to action (CTA) in green strip or FIX APPOINTMENT button on the right side. Fill up the date and time. Hill-Max will confirm it back and an expert will contact you.
